Request a return

I have sent the return request. Now what?
  • We will confirm that we received the request
  • We will arrange the return form or pickup request
  • You will be notified within 1 week
  • Your payment will be returned in 1 day after receiving the product return, without damage. Possibly it will take a few days before funds arrive with you. This is due to your bank.
  • If you would like to return with the intent to exchange for another model, please inform us. We will try to combine the pickup with delivery of the correct product.
  • You will be notified within 1 week  
  • Please make photo's of the damaged product from all angles and send to info@strapstore.eu
  • Make sure you also fill in the above return form.
  • If your strap is returned, we will replace it with a new model
  • Depending on the country of residence, we will ship with PostNL (Dutch regular mail) or with DPD.
  • When shipped with PostNL there will be no need to sign when you receive the strap. When the parcel arrives with DPD, you need to sign. 
  • Only when sending with DPD you will get a trackingnumber by email drom DPD
  • We ship orders, the day after they came in
  • Normally the delivery takes between 1 and 3 days depending on your distance from the Netherlands.
  • Please be aware that at some moments during the year, the transporters have trouble keeping up. This could be the cause for delays.
